✅ 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused and clean)

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and issue your refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
